Hard Enamel Lapel Pins
Traditional | Polished Color | Highly Durable
Cloisonné style pins can be characterized as having a glass-like quality to it. The high luster and durability of a Cloisonné style pin is an ancient art that requires meticulous hand-crafted detailing. Your custom designed pin is hand-filled with colored cloisonné pastes and then kiln-fired at very high temperatures. After firing, each pin is hand-polished and plated resulting in an exquisite piece of jewelry. Cloisonné is more expensive than other styles.
Imitation Hard Enamel; Introduced a short time ago, this process has almost replaced the hard enamel cloisonné pins because of lower cost, very similar quality to cloisonné and faster production time. The ability to match Pantone colors is also more precise than the cloisonné method. FREE tooling and artwork.
